Frequently Asked
Questions

What should I bring?

Athletic Clothing and some climbing spirit!

How young can you start Bouldering Indoors?

Theoretically, you could start as soon as you can walk, however, for the safety of your kiddos and of other athletes the minimum age to boulder by yourself is 14. Under supervision within a class the youngest someone can climb is 7 years old.

Is there outdoor climbing here on Guam?

There is outdoor bouldering (typically shorter climbs protected by a bouldering mat) and roped climbing here on Guam.

Roped Climbing can be guided by Kevin Nace (Guam Climbing Legend).

Bouldering can be found throughout the island, and protective bouldering pads can be rented through us. (Contact Us Here)

How many times a week should I climb to get better?*

New to Climbing: 2-3/week enough frequency to make those fingers, backs, biceps and your skin stronger while keeping you safe from overuse injuries (Tendonitis, tendinopathy, etc.)

1-2 years of consistent climbing: 3-4/week is enough to progressively overload your muscles for those more difficult grades!

*all dependent on the amount of time spent climbing at each session

How often do the climbs change?

A portion of the wall changes each week!! So there are always fresh climbs for you to send.
